Thai Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp thai green curry paste
1 lb chicken meat, cut into cubes
1 white onion
scallions
broccoli
jasmine rice

Method:
Cook chicken in large saucepan or wok. Combine coconut milk and curry base. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot over rice.
